This policy explains which personal data we collect on www.cultable.be, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It applies to the website and to the online ticketing of the Cultable evenings. In case of differences between language versions, the French version prevails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Who is responsible for your data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2. What data do we collect, and why?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Booking and paying for an evening.<\/strong> Last name, first name, email address, phone number, billing address and, if you ask for an invoice, your company name and VAT number. For each participant: name and email address. We use this data to process your order, send you your tickets and their QR code, check entries on the night of the event and issue an invoice. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract, and our accounting and tax obligations for the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allergies and dietary requirements.<\/strong> This field is optional. An allergy or intolerance is health data: we only use it to adapt the meal of the participant concerned, and only share it with the people who prepare and serve the dinner of the evening. Legal basis: your explicit consent, which you give by filling in this field and can withdraw at any time by writing to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment.<\/strong> Payment is processed by Mollie. We neither see nor store your card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Waiting list and question form.<\/strong> First name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and, for a question, your message. We use them to let you know about upcoming evenings or to answer you. Legal basis: your consent for the waiting list, our legitimate interest in answering your request for a question. You can leave the waiting list at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitor statistics.<\/strong> If you accept it in the cookie banner, we measure the site’s audience with Google Analytics (pages viewed, origin, device type). Without your consent, no statistics cookie is set. Legal basis: your consent. Details of the cookies are in our cookie policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Who receives your data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
